How to Jailbreak and Unlock an Iphone 3G (4.2.1) with UltraSn0w and Redsn0w

Today im going to show you on how to Jailbreak and Unlock your iPhone 3G. This will only work on the Iphone 3G. Jailbreaking allows you to tweak your Iphone using cydia and 3rd party applications. Unlocking allows you to have any service/carrier (instead on having service with ATT you can put a T-Mobile Sim, Verizon, Simple, etc car and it will work)

1. Make sure you have Iphone 3g 4.2.1, Ipad 3.2.2 original firmware, and Redsn0w saved in your desktop (or in the same folder)
2. Right click redsnow and click properties
3. Go to the compatibility tab and make sure you have the first box checked with Windows Xp service pack 2. Also make sure you have the box at the bottom checked and click ok
4. Run Redsn0w and click browse
3. Browse for your iphones original 4.2.1 firware and click next
5. After the data finishes make sure Install Cydia, Battery Percentage, and Ipad Baseband are checked
6. Click next and Turn you iphone completely off7
7. Follow the instruction on redsn0w (putting your device in DFU mode)
8. Wait till redsn0w finishes jailbreaking and Unlocking your device
9. Open cydia and go to manage
10. Go to sources and add the following source "http://repo666.ultrasn0w.com/"
11. GO to search and search "Ultrasn0w" by repo666.ultrasn0w.com
12. Install ultasn0w and reboot your device
13. Insert your sim card and it should have the service running on the Iphone
If it doesnt find service, turn on Airplane mode then turn it off.
