(This used to be a video part of the build series. But since I decided to use 1mil laminate instead of the 5mil, then I archived the vid as part of the Tips section instead. 5mil is fine if you are using 3s. But since I wanted to keep power at 2s only, going for 1mil saves me weight for fpv equip in the future.)
Part 1:
This is how I laminate with 5mil. As the thickness of the laminating film increases, your iron temperature & application technique would vary. This works well with additional spray adhesive but since that is not readily available here in PH, then this technique will do just fine.
