Here is a baking video for you guys! YAS!
Special thanks to Lizzie for helping me for most of this video! :D
I spent a lot of time filming and editing this, all while having fun, so I hope you guys enjoyed this! I think this video turned out amazing!
These cupcakes are extremely "chocolatey" and moist, so I recommend that you try this if you love baking!
I didn't add frosting to my cupcakes because I generally don't like to add frosting whenever I make cupcakes, which I know, beats the purpose. So these are just muffins, not really cupcakes. :P
I also forgot to mention that when you want to actually put frosting on these cupcakes, make sure you only fill the cupcake liners 1/2 of the way full, but if you want to make muffins, just put batter in 3/4 of the way full in the liners.

Here is the recipe if you want to know:
Ingredients
About 15-16 cupcakes
¾ cup (105 g) all purpose flour
½ cup (50 g) natural unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
¾ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup (87.5 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup (113 g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup (100 g) white granulated sugar
¼ cup (53.25 g) brown sugar, firmly packed
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120 ml) buttermilk
Directions
1. In a large bowl sift the flour and cocoa powder, then mix in with the baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
2. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave at around 30 second intervals. Set aside.
3. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and white granulated sugar. Then add the brown sugar, eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla extract. Mix well until smooth. Now add ½ the amount of the flour mixture and mix until incorporated. Then add the buttermilk and mix again until well blended. And finally add the last amount of flour mixture and mix again. Scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is well incorporated and mix one last time until combined, do not overmix.
4. Line cupcake baking pan with cupcake liners and fill them with the batter only halfway. Bake at 350ºF (180ºC) for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before frosting. (If you are actually frosting them.)
