Milk 155g, Instant Dry Yeast 7g
50g sugar, 7g salt
1 egg, bread flour 350 g
50 g butter
Cream Cheese 200g, Sugar 30g
On hot days, use cold milk or cold water.
On cold days, use lukewarm milk or lukewarm water (never use hot water).
When kneading with a mixer (varies by machine)
1.Add all ingredients except butter and mix on low speed for 2-3 minutes.
2. Knead 5-6 minutes at medium speed.
3. Add the butter until the dough is soft and mix for 5-6 minutes.
