Struffoli Italian Christmas Dessert
Easy way to cut Struffoli.
We used to roll out thin ropes and cut them with a knife.
Recipe:
6 eggs
4 cups flour
1/3 cup oil
Yields: 2 Plates worth
Fry in oil then coat in Honey
when frying you will most likely need to change the oil after 1/2 the full recipe or else it will foam over.
