So after struggling for 2.5 hours mounting the first tire without success I took a step back and tried to come up with another solution. I tried 2 sided tape on the bead and putting the tires in the Freezer. But nothing seemed to help. I happened to have a roll of electrical tape the same diameter as the wheels so I tried it and it worked. In the video you will see this method. I went from 2.5 hours with no success to approx. 15 minutes per tire. Once I started following this process I was able to get all 4 tires mounted up in the first try. Hope this helps a lot of folks out there.
