In summary, the steps for this simple yet effective technique:
1. Lock the capture circle to whatever size you're comfortable with throwing (Excellent/Great/Nice)
2. WAIT for the Pokemon to attack. (White flash)
3. Throw 1-2s (3/4 of attack) after attack started. (Varies among different Pokemon and how comfortable you are throwing)
4. Be decisive when throwing, hesitation results in poor Pokeballs being thrown or even dropped Pokeballs.
5. If possible, try to throw a curveball as it increases the chances of catching the Pokemon by quite a bit. If unable, straight balls will suffice.
