How to Remove and Replace Shimano XT XTR Rotor.
I mention 'hand tight' in the video - it's a little more tight than that. Pay attention to how much strength you are using and switch to a torque wrench if it makes you more comfortable.
Key thing is to remember you're working on a bike...not your car. Don't over tighten :-)
