simple way to solve the camera failed problem in any android phone.
1) Go to setting
2) Click on application manager
3) Click the camera setting
4) Click the force stop just click ok to force stop
5) Click on clear data and clear it
6) Then suddenly open the battery from your phone and restart it.........................YOU CAN ENJOY THE CAMERA OF YOUR PHONE...
