A crash course in identifying probably the most common problem in Samsung PN51D530A3F.
The same approach is valid for most other Samsung plasma TVs as well as most LG plasma TVs.
It does NOT apply to plasma TVs based on Panasonic panels because Panasonic has a feedback signal going from sustain boards to the power/main boards and if a board is NOT installed this is detected and protection shuts down the TV.
Luckily most LG and Samsung plasma TVs are not that smart.
