Zircon MultiScanner i520 OneStep multifunction stud finder and wall scanner quickly and easily locates the edges of wood and metal studs and joists behind walls, floors, and ceilings up to 1 1/2 inches deep to help you find studs. Its easy-to-read backlit display screen indicates the center of studs as well as the stud edges. The patented SpotLite® Pointer shines a bright beam of light on the wall to identify the target and the WireWarning® detection feature indicates the presence of live AC voltage.
A 4-mode switch makes it easy to change functions between regular Stud Scan mode for normal walls, DeepScan mode for thicker walls, Metal mode to detect both ferrous and non-ferrous metal, and AC Scan mode to find and trace live, unshielded electrical wiring.
