If you use PowerPoint and have an Android phone and a PC based laptop, PPT Remote is a great free app to turn your device into a remote clicker. To use this app, you need to run your presentation from a Windows based laptop (sorry no Mac support yet on this software). To get going you need to install software both on your computer and your device. The computer software is also free and can be download from PPT Remote's website http://www.pptremotecontrol.com/.
