The Hubsan H501s Transmitter has an SD Card Slot but it doesn't record the transmitted footage from the quad and If you have a flyaway having the footage might just help you to locate a lost quad. It would be better if it recorded the telemetry data so that you had a record of the last GPS coordinates.
