If I can do it is 45 minutes... Anyone can do it in 1/2 hour. This is the whole video... sorry its so boring but I just wanted find out.
The bearings I got here... https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Teeggi-RC-Quadcopter-Spare-Parts-8-pcs-Bearing-4pcs-Principal-Axis-for-Hubsan-X4-H502S-H502E/32829867692.html
You can get them cheaper without the shafts. I put a drop of Sewing Machine Oil top and bottom while I worked on the install .
I did not like the landing Gear... https://www.banggood.com/Hubsan-H502S-H502E-RC-Quadcopter-Spare-Parts-Landing-Gear-Landing-Skids-p-1221412.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=CN
They made the Quad unstable I thought and the 3 bladed props...https://www.banggood.com/4-Pcs-Propellers-For-Hubsan-X4-H502S-H502E-H502T-H507A-RC-Quadcopter-p-1202728.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=CN
They were noisy and really made no difference.
Please skip ahead in the video, it really is boring... but I learned a lot about what to shoot and what not to... Like I wish my hands were not in the way all the time etc.. Also ... sorry for the CNN propaganda dribble in the background :)
Overall the hardest part is thinking you are going to break the camera lens when you try and twist it. But once you get it to move... it moved a lot easier. Most what I have found is that about 1/4 turn (CW) is all you need.
The H502e... nothing fancy... easy to fly... reliable LOS flyer
