Boxing day is usually a day spent drinking shopping and celebrating ... But for thousands living in Lancashire and other parts of the UK its a day of unrest unhappiness and flood destruction !! I decided to go and take a look for my self at the sheer scale of the damage especially in Summerseat where I've great memories from growing up
TURNS OUT IT WAS AN OLD VIDEO FROM 2012 THAT WAS POSTED WITH THE PEOPLE UNDERNEATH THE BUILDING ON FACEBOOK !!! Now since removed to stop any confusion . THERE WAS NO ONE IN OR UNDER THE BUILDING BEFORE OR AFTER IT COLLAPSED !
The Waterside pub a 200 yr old building was this morning destroyed by the floods such a shame to loose this historic building !!
