During our trip aboard the Dolphin Explorer (http://www.dolphin-study.com/) in January 2014, we had the opportunity to gather sea shells along a nearly deserted beach near Naples, Florida. It was an amazing experience. We highly recommend this company for their wonderful dolphin tours. They are highly knowledgeable, and cater to kids.
