Video of 2 areas impacted by Hurricane Harvey, first area is Cypress Creek Station and the second area (majority of the video) is from Hampton Creek. Video was shot when people were not being carried or helped through the water for obvious safety reasons. Only captured footage from a small portion of the number of people evacuated from this neighborhood by boat.
