In 2016, the Union Human Resource Development Ministry decided to hike the fees of the IIT colleges in India. Earlier average annual IIT fees was about ₹ 50000 but after hike it increased to ₹90000. The fees hike was due to increase in tuition fees but SC, ST, poor and disabled student were given exemption from it. Right now, total IIT in India are 23 out which 7 are new iit college and other 16 are old IITs.
This list of IITs include average annual fees of IIT and complete list of IITs is arranged alphabetically. In this IIT College Fees list we have added IIT fees of each and every IIT college (including new IITs) according to recent fees hike.
