Incredible Coconut Custard
Ingredients:
3/4 cup white sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 ts vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup flaked coconut
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1/2 ts baking powder
1/4 cup butter/magarine
Method:
preheat the oven to 175 C
Combine milk, sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, butter, vanille extract and coconut together and mix it or blend it on low speed for about 3 minutes.
Pour everything in a baking tray and let it stand for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle coconut on top and bake the cake for about 40 minutes.
Serve it warm or enjoy it cold... like how love it
