This is the new game Insurgency. It was a Half Life 2 mod and now has been released in an updated standalone version.
I like it a lot. I come from playing BF4 and Ghosts and this is more suspenseful and there is always a lot of teamwork in every match I've played. It's more realistic than even Counterstrike.
