There’s a question I get asked often by women – it’s how tell the difference between your intuition and your insecurities. Usually, a woman comes to me questioning if she can trust herself… how do I know if I am being insecure, mark? What if this is my intuition trying to tell me something? Worse, both can be switched on at the same time.
As a woman, your intuition is one of your highest and most powerful assets. Learning to trust it and ‘go with your gut’ will serve you well in your dating and relationships. But it can be clouded by insecurities, and those will rarely serve to help you in your future dating and relationships.
