A new, modified recipe for making Aeropresses that I use in the shop.
-=You will need=-
16g Fine ground coffee, between filter and espresso
220ml Hot water, 95C NOT boiling.

Assemble the Aeropress upside down, with the plunger in the chamber.
Add the coffee and water. Allow 2 minutes to brew, during which time rinse the filter with hot water.
After 2 minutes, put the filter and cap on, then flip carefully onto your mug, jug, etc.
Press down until you hear the hiss. Don't crush the grounds or it will extract more bitterness.
