This is going to be a real slick jailbreak because it comes from the boot rom, meaning apple will be unable to patch with an update. Only a hardware fix can stop the jailbreak of 4.1. As far as we kno, there is no Unlock as of now, but iOS will keep you all posted on that.
It will be a permanent jailbreak so you wont have to worry about Apple's updates!
