We're done with the comments on this one. I lacked understanding of how the regulation worked. Thanks to those who were polite and professional in explaining how the regulation was meant to work. Those of you who felt that by being rude you'd somehow make your point indelible...well, you can go and learn some manners for next time. Or better yet, just go away.
