CJ does a new iSatori Bio-Gro Review, but this time around, keeps a more consistent diet AND gets IGF-1 and GH blood work done before and after his 30-day run

Protocol:
- Three scoops of Bio-Gro (4.5g) daily, spaced out
- One scoop of Amino-Gro intra workout (Bio-Gro dose unknown, likely 250mg-500mg)
- One scoop of iSatori 100% Bio-Active Whey before bed (500mg Bio-Gro)
The cost of this stack is about $84/month. PricePlow paid for the Bio-Gro, iSatori provided the Amino-Gro and BioActive Whey.
ANECDOTALLY, the review went quite well - CJ's composition was quite on form, just 5lbs outside of show weight, but he was hitting several PRs. Additionally, around the 2 week mark, libido went way up!
However, CJ did not have a long-term IGF-1 numbers, as they stayed within normal ranges but went DOWN. Growth hormone also stayed normal, but went UP.
This leads us to question why iSatori is citing so much IGF-1 research, since we're still not sure if it's that orally bioavailable.
While the month was good, we are left in the same place as we started: "It COULD be good, but it's probably a second- or third-tier supplement that's best suited for those with a big budget - not the starving college student budget".
