In this video we join up with my friends from Tokyo, Yuki and Kei, to shop for Asian ingredient's at Portland's Uwajimaya and cook 3 Japanese dishes: Yakisoba, Curry, and Tororo! I learned a lot of new things about Japanese home-style cooking from this experience alone and am excited for many more in the near future while I'm living in Japan!
