The view of the railroad viaduct in Knaresborough is one of the great vistas in all the British Isles. Only in Knaresborough do you get this spectacular view of a viaduct over the river with the reflections. You can take boat rides as well too, and there are cafes down by the river, a lovely spot. The famous Knaresborough viaduct, with trains crossing it ever since it first opened in 1851. It almost looks like part of a medieval fortified castle. The small town is beautiful.
