A simple 'O' Ring throttle lock for cruising on the highways. The 'O'ring sits in the gap between throttle grip and bar end slider. The friction is just about enough to hold the throttle in place with the hand taken away.
The small metal key ring makes it easy to remove the 'O'ring when not required.
Never use this in city traffic.
