Here is how to make an easy and delicious Roasted Walnut Oil Pesto.
2 Cloves Garlic (peeled)
1/2 cup Walnuts
3/4 cup Roasted Walnut Oil
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
2-3 cups Basil Leaves Packed (about 1-2 bunches)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Place all ingredients in order in a blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to stop half way through to scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula. Add a little more oil if needed.
