Ingredients:
1 Bottle gourd /Lau - 400 gms
3 tbsp oil
1/2 cup onion paste
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp for kofta , 1 tsp for gravy
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp for kofta, 1 tsp for gravy
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
salt to taste
1/2 cup tomato blended
3 tbsp yogurt
water as required
chillies to garnish
coriander leaves to garnish
1 tsbp ghee
and oil to deep fry kofta
