In this video I’m going to show you how to get started in investing simply by using betterment. You we're going to see how quickly we can get through it and I'm actually going to put my money where my mouth is.
The reason I like betterment is for a couple reasons. Number one they have super low fees for your investments and number two they only invest in Vanguard index funds which also have super low fees.
I've written about this on my website and I've talked about it on my show in the podcast. Fees are a wealth killer. They're an investment killer and they'll eat you up over years and years. Tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars if you're paying and investing in these actively managed mutual funds we're paying 1% 2% 3% a year for your investments if you're only making 10 or 11% paying 20% or 30% for somebody manage them way too much.
That's why I like Vanguard funds. If you don't have the initial buy-in to invest with them directly which is usually $2,500, $5,000 $10,000 depending on which fund you want to get into. Start out with betterment and you can get started for as little as $50 or $100 really whatever you've got. You can just sign up for an account and not start with anything.

Conclusion: Even though the video is a little bit longer and I had to do some stuff behind the scenes with a little explanation, overall if you were doing this yourself you can become an investor in as little as 10 minutes. That is crazy fast. This is just the way to go if you want to get started investing in as little expenses as you possibly can. I can't recommend these Robo advisors enough for you to get started simply easily automatically building up your wealth.
