Here is a little insight into how I am training as a competitive snowboarder on the Freeride World Tour. I focus a lot on explosive movement, balance, functional movement which relates to my sport, strength, and endurance. A big thanks to Fusion Health for providing great products to allow me to train harder and stay focused through competition times
