1.Leg press super set Walking lunges 4 x 100/15each side
2.GHD superset db split lunges 4 x 8-12/ 8/8/8Each side(with 8 second hold at the end of each 8 reps
3. Leg extension super set Hamstring curl 4x 15 reps Each
4.Leg press Calf raise(Rest+Pause) - Body weight squat(focus on your form for the squat) 20rest+pause then try for another 10/ 10 Squats
