Days 5 & 6, finished building most of L3-G0's body, still need to build the front vents. Starting to get chills. And it turned out to be the size it's supposed to be, within an 1/8th inch of the diameter!
The body's really hard to move though, my hinge attachments need to be sturdier and better constructed.
Corralled the horses, however I've discovered that L3-G0 isn't actually a Star Wars Lego R2-D2 model. Instead it's one of the geekiest cat toys/houses around. (Skip to the end if all you want is cats).
