This converters comes with an instruction manual, a universal plug for Asia, and two extra fuses. You plug the converter in to the outlet. Make sure the switch is set to 110v to use it in the US, Turn on the switch. Plug the 220v appliance or electronic item into the 220v universal socket. Turn the unit on, and it should work.
