There are English subtitles available. I am strongly convinced that loud exhaust saved me from dangerous situations hundreds of times and I didn't even know that they were going to happen. It simply clears your way and let's drivers know that you're behind or already next to them. This is not arrogance, this is common sense. It helps us - riders and just as much it helps car drivers. Same with the front light.
