Pardon the language as I try to get the badly trimmed plane back on the ground on my first ever R/C flight. Didn't mean to take off. Was just planning on rolling up to take-off speed and power back down but before I realized it, it was up in the air! Just wanted to get it back around and land it safely and almost did a couple of times but ran out of room once and almost hit my wife on the other! :o( It was SO unstable as I fought constantly to try to keep the plane level. The ailerons weren't neutral (found post-crash) and that caused it to slip into three rolls. The first two I recovered from by looping the plane around but on the third I was too close to the ground to recover from it and bounced it off the freshly paved asphalt breaking the prop and jamming the engine back into the Styrofoam nose of the plane breaking the nose and the engine mount. Simulator software was nowhere even close to what it was like ACTUALLY flying the plane
! New parts ordered and lessons learned. It will be back in the air again...
