A glimpse at my DIY temporary clean room. A simple, inexpensive and easy to make set up. Using painters plastic (the really light weight stuff that runs about $2 for a 9' by 15' sheet) and a roll of 2" wide painters tape (about $6) you isolate a section of a room, and set a HEPA air filter inside.
I wipe down all the surfaces with 70% rubbing alcohol and spray an air disinfectant into the air inside about an hour before I use it. I wear a painter's suit (Tyvek) and a hair cover I made out of a leg from the painter's suit, and gloves to minimize the introduction of contaminants into the room.
Since this video was shot I have made a sterile glove box (see my video titled: "Sterile glove box - DIY cheap") which I have replaced the still air box I was using when this video was shot.
