Here is how to make pressed baffles for a "D" sized suppressor body using the J&S Tactical JForm D (www.jstactical.com) , then assembly and test fire. (21min long) I am using the bare minimum of tools in a third world country, so i am sure you can do this in your garage!
This Tool will work with any "D" sized solvent/suppressor/flashlight bodies to finish your suppressor once your form 1 is ready. I am using an actual D maglight body for this demo to show even low tech it can be done and also for nostalgia sake. I recommend using a aftermarket body as they are superior to the aluminum flashlight one with a big hole in the side.
