Clemson Extension Agent and Host of "Making It Grow" Amanda McNulty is joined in our kitchen with University of South Carolina Arnold School of Public Health student Kirby Beal and nutritionist Trisha Mandes from the University of South Carolina Cancer Prevention & Control Program and the Columbia's Cooking program. They prepare a healthy Farro Salad using grains from Anson Mills.
