This recipe has 12oz turkey that I did used into 4oz patties. 1 whole red onion 1 whole Romano tomato 4tbs honey mustard 2tbs organic ketchup Garlic Salt and pepper to taste Both asparagus and mushrooms are baked for 8 mins at 350 degrees. You can substitute with eggplant or ezequiel bread but with mushrooms is only 10g carbs (you can have for dinner). This is an amazing way to enjoy clean food. Some sweet potato baked fries make a great post workout meal. Eating clean, training like we are training will help you get there! Guys I want you to stay motivated and to stick with this!
