Betaflight 3.2.0 and 3.2.1,
not work the buzzer on Buzz-Switch and Failsafe.
Work well on startUp and ARM switch!

The same problem was on my OmnibusF4, with BF3.1.7 works...BF3.2.0 NOT.
I also tried with a normal 5V to 5V FC buzzer, GND To BUZ-. Same problem.
SOLVED:
"RX_SET" needed to be enabled
