Wellness Studio M presents Functional Training Workout #16 with trainer Maria, Alex, and Kristen. This is a total body Functional Training workout focusing on exercise routines you can do with another person! This workout includes a variety of exercises with superbands and medicine balls. Please note any of these exercises can be modified. If you need modifications, leave us a comment below!

This workout consists of 8 exercises, 10 repetitions of each, 3 rounds:
1. Superband Pull, Row & Squat
2. Partners Push-Ups
3. Superband Walk, Lunge & Squat
4. Balancing Medicine Ball Tosses
5. Jump Over Partner
6. Partners Carry Feet & Walk
7. Feet on Partners Back & Bridge
8. Sit-Ups w/ Alternating High Fives
