BOSS: Screaming Mantis
3:10 battle starts
First, inject yourself with the syringe to get out of Mantis' control.
WOW, I can't believe I get hit so much. This was the first time I got hit while I injected Meryl.
So, the strat of course, is to inject Meryl, take out FROGS with tranqs, and then focus on Mantis.
I recommend taking out the Sorrow doll first because that's what is controlling the FROGS and it makes the fight a lot easier because she can't resurrect them.
If she hits you with a shot from the Mantis doll, just inject yourself.
Overall, she isn't really hard, just don't play dumb like me and watch your surroundings.
