T-Mobile US prepaid brand MetroPCS has started offering its first tablet along with the new tablet plans. The first MetroPCS tablet is Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 and it’s available in MetroPCS stores for $149.
The Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 features a 7-inch (600 x 1024) display, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, 1.3 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM, up to 5.6 GB of user memory and SD card slot for memory expansion up to 32 GB. It has a 2-megapixel rear camera and front-facing one. The One Touch Pop 7 is a 4G HSPA+ enabled tablet with Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Calling and GPS.
The Alcatel One Touch Pop 7 can be paired with new MetroPCS tablet plans that start at $15 per month.
