In the spirit of the upcoming hockey season, I thought I'd throw this one on here. Last winter, the ECHL's Idaho Steelheads let me suit up in goalie gear and take a few slap shots from their players. No bruises, but I had sore muscles for about a week. Thanks to goalie Tyler Beskorowany for his advice -- he suited up as a Dallas Star in an NHL preseason game just 7 months after we did this!
