You may have your props suddenly popped out (gone away from the brushed motor shaft) during your flight and your quad definitely fall down...
The dental floss is a well-known technique that many people use and I can confirm: IT WORKS PRETTY WELL ;-)

Some dental floss
You won't need any toothpaste héhé just bring your floss and your quad ;-)
