It's an indescribable feeling knowing that I've dedicated over half my life to DJing. All of the trials and tribulations the last 13 years eventually led me to starting a festival and record label with my best friends in the deserts of Southern California. Not exaggerating, our festival Desert Hearts has become one of the most organic, vibe focused, & roots House & Techno festivals this world has seen in a long time. The whole thing is about love. Love for music, love for one another. It's all about love.
That's why we started Desert Hearts Records, to share that love with the rest of the world. There's something special going on at our festivals that is incredibly unique to the rest of the dance scenes out there. Because the party runs for 70 hours non-stop, people are experiencing enlightenment through House & Techno in ways they've never imagined before. Desert Hearts Records is our way of spreading this message of love to as many people as possible.
It's incredible being able to release my debut EP with Jonjo Williams on the record label that I started with my main crew. We're a family and that's how it's always going to be. From scratching vinyl as a freshman in high school to now playing gigs the likes of Coachella and running my own festival and record label... it's a dream come true and we've only just begun.
