Unser Neubauprojekt "Rheinkiesel 714" bildet zusammen mit der neu geschaffenen Rheinpromenade den Auftakt für die repräsentative Neugestaltung des nördlichen Monheimer Stadteingangs. Es entstehen 70 attraktive, neue Eigentums- und Mietwohnungen in 3 Mehrfamilienhäusern, zum Teil mit direktem Rheinblick!
1. Baugrube Haus B erste Fundamente wurden gegossen und Leitungen für den Potentialausgleich werden verlegt.
2. Baugrube Haus A zweite Ebene der Tiefgarage wird erstellt.
3. Erste Sandwichwände werden verbaut.

Our new construction project "Rheinkiesel 714", together with the newly created Rhine promenade, is the prelude to the representative redesign of the northern Monheim entrance to the city. There are 70 attractive, new owner-occupied and rented apartments in 3 apartment buildings, some with direct views of the Rhine!
1. Excavation house B first foundations were poured and lines for equipotential bonding are laid.
2nd excavation house A second level of the underground car park is created.
3. First sandwich walls are installed.
