The taxi operators can leverage our Fleet Management Solution to track and monitor their vehicles efficiently, just at the tap of a button. The taxi operators can also control their prices dynamically from the platform. Our Demand and Supply Analytics helps better planning and improves the utilization of each vehicle.
Taxi Operator & Driver Registration:
To begin with, first the taxi operator needs to be registered with moovlee and accept the terms and conditions.
Upon registration the taxi operators can login to the dashboard and add or edit their tariff rates for different car
category at any time.
They can choose to keep their own brand by uploading their brand logo.
The operators can also add/delete drivers whenever they want by just entering the details of the driver and the car.
This then goes for approval. After approval the driver is active in the platform and the taxi operator can then track and monitor the vehicle at real-time on the city map on his dashboard.
The driver is now ready to serve.
Mobile APP Functioning:
The driver logs into the moovlee driver app with their mobile number and goes online to be able to accept a ride request.
Once a passengers looking for a taxi logs in to moovlee, they can see all the available taxis around them.
They can pick one of their choice, enter a drop location and confirm the ride.
The drivers gets a notification on his mobile to accept the ride.
The ride details are shared with both the rider and the driver.
The driver arrives at the pick up location starts the ride and navigate to the drop location .
Upon reaching the destination, the driver completes the ride and a bill is generated which is shared with both the rider and the driver.
Reporting Services for Taxi Operators:
The Taxi operator can track all the rides made and the rejection or cancellation from his dashboard.
They can also generate reports and invoices for each and every drivers.
Select the driver and choose a date and click search.
You can see the Total number of rides and the total earning.
The details of each ride is below as a list.
The report can also be printed as an invoice.
